Please read these terms carefully before using the tk99 platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.
Introduction & Applicability
1.1 — Purpose of the Terms
tk99 is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, and live casino experiences for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between tk99 and each user. In the event of any dispute, these Terms will serve as the final reference.
1.2 — Changes to the Terms
tk99 reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes through the platform or at their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.
1.3 — Relationship with Other Policies
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those policies are also considered an integral part of these Terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 — Age Requirement
To open an account and use services at tk99, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. tk99 may request documents to verify age at any time. Registering with false information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.
2.2 — One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. If different members of the same household wish to play from the same device or network, please contact tk99 support in advance.
2.3 — Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided when opening an account must be completely true and accurate. If any details change — such as name, address, phone number, or payment method — you must notify the support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
2.4 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach, contact [email protected] immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
tk99 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods are accepted. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
3.2 — Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Typical withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours
3.3 — Withdrawal Conditions
Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account has been fully verified. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit. tk99 may request additional identity verification if required.
3.4 — Fraud Prevention
If suspicious transactions, fund transfers through multiple accounts, or any form of fraud are detected, tk99 reserves the right to immediately freeze the account and take legal action.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.
4.3 — General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — read the specific terms at the time of claiming the offer.
- While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- Transferring or exchanging a bonus with another member is prohibited.
- tk99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
4.4 — VIP Program
Regular players can participate in three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Advancement to higher tiers depends on consistent and sustained activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and tk99 may modify the program terms at any time.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 — Fair Play Commitment
tk99 ensures that all games on the platform are completely unbiased and powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined and every round is determined entirely independently. Our platform is protected by SSL encryption.
5.2 — Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or any form of manipulation.
- Attempting to manipulate games by colluding with other players.
- Exploiting any technical error on the platform — any winnings resulting from such errors will be considered void.
- Any action intended to harm the gaming system or other members.
5.3 — Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, power outage, or any other technical issue, tk99 will attempt to resolve it as fairly as possible. If the game outcome cannot be determined, the stake may be refunded. tk99's decision on such matters is final.
Restricted Persons & Usage Restrictions
6.1 — Ineligible Persons
The following persons may not use tk99:
- Persons under the age of 21.
- Those who have voluntarily or mandatorily enrolled in tk99's self-exclusion program.
- Those identified as being at risk from gambling due to mental health or financial reasons.
- tk99 employees, directors, or their immediate family members.
6.2 — Responsible Gaming Obligations

Using, reproducing, or distributing any tk99 content without permission for personal or commercial purposes is prohibited.
7.2 — Limited License
tk99 grants you a limited, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is non-transferable and does not include the right to grant sub-licenses.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
8.1 — Service Availability
tk99 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may occasionally be disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party factors. tk99 is not liable for such occurrences.
8.2 — Liability for Gaming Losses
Gaming is a risk-based activity. Players participate with full awareness of this. tk99 is not liable for any financial loss or personal consequences resulting from gaming. Please play within your means.
8.3 — Third-Party Software
tk99 hosts games from various third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These providers have their own terms and policies, and tk99 is not responsible for the quality of their services.
Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 — Termination by tk99
tk99 may suspend or close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Fraud, bonus abuse, or attempts at manipulation.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false information or failing to cooperate with identity verification.
- Being identified as an ineligible person.
9.2 — Termination by the User

Miscellaneous Terms
11.1 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between tk99 and the user. If any prior oral or written undertaking conflicts with these Terms, these Terms will prevail.
11.2 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that aligns as closely as possible with the original intent.
11.3 — Non-Waiver
If tk99 does not enforce any provision of these Terms in a particular instance, this will not be considered a waiver of that provision. tk99 may exercise its full rights at any time in the future.
